Gua Tu Di began with Mugua, Tuhao and Katy. Later, Mugua's younger brother Niunai joined the family. We document their habits, personalities and changing needs because the ordinary time we share with them is exactly what this brand hopes to protect.

Food and new friends always come first.
Since 2018, Tuhao has lived with a congenital health condition that calls for consistent dietary care and pancreatic enzyme supplementation. The routine has never changed his priorities: eat well, meet people and enjoy the day. He taught us early that long-term wellbeing is not one grand decision, but care repeated across ordinary days.

The young lady of the house, and the one who knows every rule.
Katy was the smallest of nine puppies and needed goat's milk after she was adopted into the family. Timid from the beginning, she grew closer to people than to other dogs. At around eight, an examination found fatty changes in her liver. With professional guidance, her diet and nutritional support were adjusted and her condition improved over continued follow-up. She reminds us that healthy aging is not a shortcut, but careful attention repeated every day.

Independent, selective and affectionate on her own terms.
Mugua is a folded-ear American Shorthair. The genetic trait behind folded ears affects cartilage and bone development, making changes in gait, jumping, activity and joint comfort especially important to watch as she ages. She rarely seeks out the other animals and always chooses the moment for affection, which makes every quiet visit feel especially meaningful. The first syllable in Gua Tu Di comes from her.

Curious, playful and always bringing the outside world home.
Niunai needed assisted breathing at birth and was then raised by hand on goat's milk. A congenital heart-development issue and a lasting sensitivity to sudden sounds have never dimmed his curiosity. He once chewed and swallowed plastic; after veterinary assessment, dietary review, nutritional support and environmental management, the behavior became far less frequent. He reminds us that unusual habits deserve attention, not dismissal.
